apprentice designer / builder

Regenerative Building Solutions is a design/build consultancy specializing in sustainable architecture, material innovation, and high-performance buildings. We are seeking an Apprentice to grow with us—someone passionate about design, content creation, and sustainable construction. This is a unique opportunity with a path to future ownership.
Position Details:

• 20+ hours/week, with potential to grow to 35 hours/week by the end of 2025.

• Remote work, with preference to Teton County living

• Unlimited unpaid time off.

• Profit-sharing for long-term contributors

Minimum Requirements:

• Architecture degree OR 3+ years in construction.

• Passion for sustainability.

• Proficient with drafting software, construction workflows, graphics, spreadsheets, Word, and social media.

• Strong communication skills.

• Familiarity with ArchiCAD and InDesign

Bonus Skills:

• Business development interest.

• Graphic design skills.

• Fabrication experience.
