Meet the Team

  • lindsey love

Lindsey Love has worked in architecture and construction for 25 years, blending design expertise with hands-on building experience. As a Passive House Tradesperson, Living Future Accredited Professional, and Healthy Materials Specialist, she identifies sustainable pathways grounded in both economic and practical realities. Her work reflects a deep understanding of how thoughtful design choices can balance performance, cost, and environmental impact.

Her passion lies in working with natural materials such as straw, clay, hemp, and lime—sustainable, biophilic, and non-toxic options that foster a stronger connection to nature. Many of these are now available in pre-fabricated or regionally sourced forms, allowing her to combine traditional methods with modern efficiency. Her experience spans the Rocky Mountain West, from tribal affordable housing to high-end residences and institutional buildings, each shaped by her commitment to modern, humane, and place-based architecture.

Grounded in efficiency and practical know-how, Lindsey’s approach integrates both conventional and alternative systems—SIPs, CLT, ICF, straw bale, timber frame, and more. After co-leading Love | Schack Architecture, she founded Regenerative Building Solutions in 2023 to support architects, homeowners, and builders through consulting, education, and subcontracting. A leader in her field, she serves as President of AIA Idaho, sits on the Natural Building Alliance Board, and is a member of the AIA 2030 Working Group. Her clients are often drawn into the building process—not out of necessity, but because it’s engaging and joyful

  • Meredith Tribble

Meredith recently graduated with her Master’s in Architecture from the University of Arizona and is thrilled to be back home in Wyoming. Growing up just outside the east entrance to Yellowstone National Park, she’s always felt a deep connection to the natural world — one that continues to inspire her work and her outlook on design.

Her path to architecture hasn’t exactly been a straight one. Before starting graduate school, she spent more than a decade running her own café, where she built a strong sense of community (and a lifelong love for coffee). When she’s not working on design projects, you can usually find her on a mountain trail with her two dogs, Woodford and Anchovy.

Meredith’s passion for sustainability drives her belief that architecture should live in harmony with its surroundings — that buildings can and should make life better for both people and the planet. She’s especially interested in how design can spark joy: how thoughtful, place-based architecture can lift the spirit, nurture well-being, and strengthen the bond between people and the landscapes they call home.

the vision

With respect for human and ecological health, buildings can create or do more than they take. we design with principles of health, efficiency, and circular economy.

imagine creating something that stores carbon rather than emits it, improves occupant well-being, strengthen the local economy, and supports ecosystems…

we offer full-service design, consulting, educational and subcontracting services to guide architects, contractors, and owner/builders to implement elegant, regenerative systems and materials into their practice and construction projects.

living future principals

the living future institute hosts the most holistic sustainability certification system. the principals behind it can be a guide for any project to be beautiful, sustainable, and even regenerative.

passive house strategies

the passive house institute and the passive house institute us have developed certification systems that are specific to building performance and are extremely effective at reducing operational emissions. the strategies are primarily about the building enclosure, with the addition of constant filtered fresh air.

knowledge of building science is imperative when employing these strategies, especially in a cold climate. when done incorrectly, condensation and mold can occur.
